Waters Flow

I find the flow of water to help me in my meditations. To help me not to allow form to take place and to try and keep things fluid in life. To move forward and evolve. So, this newest meditation video with my song, "I Know You", I have used beautiful footage of the flow of water. No matter what you are facing in life always try to look at the larger purpose.
